Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Please Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
  • Mesh and Bungee Cords (cut to custom lengths)
  • Replacement Parts (once installed or used)
  • Opened safety equipment

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
