Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Shipping Areas

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. During checkout, our system will automatically confirm if we can ship to your location.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our adventure gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of kayaks, paddle boards, fishing equipment, and outdoor accessories. If you’re not happy with your item, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns process.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order. All items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Mesh and Bungee Cords (cut to custom lengths)
  • Replacement Parts (once installed or used)
  • Opened safety equipment

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Houston facility at the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timeline: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process outlined above
  • Clearly indicate the item you wish to exchange for
  • We will ship your new item once we receive the returned product
  • Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
