Shipping

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

We ship globally with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. Shipping eligibility is confirmed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be fair to both you and our business.

Return Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

• Items must be in original, unused condition
• All original tags must be attached
• Products must be in their original packaging
• All accessories and documentation must be included

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Mesh and Bungee Cords that have been cut to custom lengths
• Replacement Parts that have been installed or used
• Opened safety equipment

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. Wait for authorization and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no additional cost to you.
